Hamza and Tahir were the hosts who made our stay special. They were kind, welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with whatever came up. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable, breakfast was great, and the peaceful, beautiful riad is perfectly located. It made our time in Fes all the more memorable. We'd gladly return to Riad Zamane and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The staff made this stay, from the first message confirming our booking to every interaction in person. Everyone was kind, patient, generous, understanding, and so professional, especially Yasmine and Hamza. We also booked the hamman and absolutely loved it. The building is stunning, our room was gorgeous and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious each morning. The location was really convenient too. We’re so glad we stayed here and would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Hamza really made this part of the trip for my friend and me. He was so welcoming and friendly. We loved the beautiful rooms, tasty food, and spa options, and had a wonderful time at this hotel. I’d happily stay again when I’m back in Fes, inshallah.

The Safir Suite was spacious, clean, and beautiful, and Hamza went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. He even helped us buy train tickets after his shift had ended. The staff were lovely throughout, and Riad Zamane was our favorite place we stayed in Morocco. The location made exploring easy. We could reach the Souks quickly, but we weren’t hauling our bags through the busy Medina to get there. It was also close to the Main Street, while still feeling quiet and private. The property itself is gorgeous.
