I wouldn’t recommend it. The rooms weren’t ready when we arrived, so they took us up to the roof to wait. The tea we were served smelled of garlic, and the whole place felt stuffy and not quite clean. The riad looks much worse in person than it does in the photos. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and our interactions felt tense. We didn’t feel welcome and were uncomfortable during our stay.

Omar made a real difference to our stay. He met us at the airport drop-off point, walked with us to the airport pick-up location on our last day, and was kind even when we arrived very late. He talked with us about Marrakech and shared places to visit and useful tips. When we had to leave early for an excursion the next morning, he put together a quick breakfast. Every day, he checked in with guests to see if they needed anything. I hope he’s still there when you visit. The hotel itself was cozy and really nice inside. We wouldn’t have found it without Omar meeting us, but once you know the way, it’s easy to get back. It’s very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa and also about a five-minute walk from Mabrouka rooftop, a nearby bar that was handy since restaurants in the area rarely serve alcohol. We felt safe around there. Excursions picked us up at the Medina, which was convenient and close. We had no issues with our room or bathroom, and everything was perfect.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean. We enjoyed having breakfast on the roof terrace. It was a very good stay.

I had the best massage of my life with Hannah at this beautiful riad in central Marrakesh, and the service was amazing. The rooms were lovely, too. My two suggestions would be softer mattresses and a bit more variety at breakfast. Thanks for a lovely stay!
