Alrashid Marrakech Boutique Hotel & SPA

The reception team made our holiday special. Achraf and Yusuth (hope I spelled that right!) were so helpful, friendly and welcoming, and their customer service was fantastic. The riad is beautifully designed and very clean, a calm little retreat in the middle of the city’s chaos. We relaxed as soon as we walked in, and it felt worth every penny. Housekeeping was a 10/10: we had fresh sheets daily, the room always smelled amazing, and everything was spotless. We had a fantastic holiday and highly recommend this place. We’d definitely stay again.

The staff were truly wonderful, friendly, accommodating and hospitable, and breakfast was delicious. We also liked the beautiful, well-maintained look of the riad, which smelled aromatic and relaxing throughout. It’s close to Jemaa El Fna and Bahia Palace. There were a few drawbacks. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so we could clearly hear other guests. The bathroom door lock was heavy and noisy too. On our second to last day, the main pool was closed for cleaning without any notice, which was disappointing, though we were offered access to the rooftop pool instead.

The rooftop was well arranged, with an indoor room to use if the sun got too strong. The common areas were beautiful and pleasant, and the rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff were kind. The riad is in a great location, close to two souk entrances and some of the most beautiful old palaces. I’d go back or recommend it to friends.

The pictures don’t do this beautiful Riad justice. It’s even better in person. The staff were attentive and helpful, and provided everything we asked for, including personal requests. Fantastic stay and experience from start to finish. 100% recommended.
