My wife and I are from Germany and stayed for three nights. It’s a really nice place with a nice host. Ask for Abdul, a young man who speaks English and French fluently. He understood whether we wanted space or a chat, and shared local culture, tips, and ideas. He warned us about scams and was always available in person or by phone, which helped us relax and feel we could trust him. One other tip: booking directly on their website may be cheaper. It was a lot less than Booking.com for us.

The rooms have a lovely authentic feel, and breakfast was generous with plenty of variety. Kadja and her team gave us a warm welcome and great hospitality. Thank you for all the services and care. We’ll definitely be back.

The welcome was very friendly, breakfast was plentiful, and the riad was cleaned every day. It’s also beautifully decorated and feels very authentic. But there are serious damp and mold problems on the walls, plus bathroom leaks that still hadn’t been fixed after we complained. The bedrooms had a strong musty smell, especially the downstairs one opposite the entrance. One small awkward point: the cleaner rests in the shared eating area. That’s fine in itself, but when you rent the whole riad, finding someone lying there when you arrive feels unsettling.

The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Abdul listened and helped us out. If I come back to Marrakech, I’ll definitely stay here again, if it’s available.
