Appart hotel MOUNA

The location worked really well for us. It's on a main road, but traffic noise didn't bother us, and it was easy to hail a taxi and get into the city centre. Corner shops, a supermarket, restaurants and several hammams are just a short walk away. Booking was straightforward and we got confirmation right away. Check-in came with a friendly welcome, and the whole complex felt secure, with someone at the front desk at all times and door security through the evening and night. Our apartment was basic but spacious, clean and well equipped. It was cleaned daily, and any issues were dealt with immediately. When we reported a small shower problem, the repairman arrived within seconds to fix it. Very efficient. We'd definitely book here again on our next trip to Marrakech. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

The hotel is decent and has a kitchen. Most amenities are within walking distance, though it's on a busy road and you can hear people honking day and night.

The building is old and there's a lot of noise. It's okay, but I'd only stay if I absolutely had to, and I can't recommend it much.

The location is excellent, with Le Jardin Majorelle, The YSL Museum, and lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The hotel also offers good deals on activities such as hot air ballooning. The apartment was cleaned every day, and there was a microwave. But the bathrooms are small, and the photos made them look bigger than they are. The apartment was freezing when we arrived and took hours to warm up with the heater. The door uses a key rather than a keycard, and we were given only one. There were no curtains on the sitting room windows above the kitchen sink, so people outside could see into the apartment at night.
