The staff were amazingly attentive, and the place was comfortable and clean. Nice terrace, decent breakfast, and close to everything. We'd stay again. Like all riads, it's tucked down the back streets. It's a safe neighborhood, though it took us a couple of tries to get used to the three-minute route to the Main Street. Use the archway at Les Bains Kenaria as your landmark.

I told management that my daughter and I are allergic to cats after seeing them in photos of the common areas. They said it would be fine and they'd find a solution, but nothing changed. Cats were everywhere, including in our room and on our bed. When I raised it, management were rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I was sick and my daughter was wheezing, so we had to find somewhere else the next morning. On top of that, she tried to charge us tax that was already included in our booking. Be careful when booking here.

The home-cooked food was exceptional, and the comfortable rooms were very clean. Said & Coralie were fantastic hosts at this beautiful, peaceful riad. The rooftop terrace was a great place to unwind after the Medina's craziness. Highly recommend!

The rooms were spacious and came with a kettle, tea and coffee. Breakfast was good, and we loved having access to the rooftop terrace. Said and Coralie are warm, wonderful hosts, and the room and shared areas were great. The location is hard to fault, about a five-minute walk from the square and Bahia Palace. Would recommend!
