Omar and Reda deserve a special mention for all their help. They book taxis, suggest local restaurants and spa treatments, and give you directions to get there. The location is just off the main road and away from the souks, but close enough to walk everywhere. The riad itself feels like a safe, calming haven amid the chaos Marrakech can sometimes bring. The doors are kept locked, and you have to ring the bell and wait for hotel staff to let you in. No public allowed. We couldn't recommend this place more; they really go above and beyond to make your stay a good one.

Omar was friendly, helpful, and did his best to give us a good experience, but it must be a tough job with the riad in this condition. It's in a great location, but quite run-down and needs renovation. The floor tiles were dirty, and the shower in our room sprayed water everywhere.

We stayed in rooms near the birds and often ate breakfast looking out over the pool. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast platter was tasty every day. We also really liked the Moroccan green mint tea. My experience here has been amazing.

My one issue was the noise from the roof garden before breakfast service opens. If your room is directly below it, you can hear the staff preparing everything. The breakfast itself was delicious and served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. The hotel is beautiful, with extraordinary decoration, and the staff were so kind and helpful. I can't thank them enough. Our room was extraordinary too, as the photos show.
