The rooms were cleaned daily, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean, and the staff were very polite. You can walk to everything from the hotel. Bring earplugs at night if your room faces the front.

Zahra was really lovely, always cheerful while cleaning, and provided amazing room service. The hotel was good, centrally located, with shops and restaurants all around. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, though having the same thing every day got repetitive and could do with some changes.

I arrived and was thrown out. They didn’t want me there. My clothes, my reputation. I offered money in advance, but the chief, the Romanian pass byiysuf, threatened me and faked a call to the police. They don’t accept cards. The doors close and aren’t always open. It was my worst experience here. Why? I paid and had a pass, but they have a lot of European groups, probably getting good service. So I give it 2 stars. For me personally, minus 5 stars.

The security guard was polite and professional while we waited, and even offered me coffee as we tried to sort things out. Everything else about this was deeply disappointing and disrespectful. We had booked and paid through Agoda, their partner, before heading off for several exhausting days trekking to the Atlas Mountains summit. We’d also been allowed to leave our luggage there before the trek because we had a “confirmed booking.” When we came back, staff said there was no booking in our name, even after we showed proof of payment and the confirmation. They blamed us, ignored us for more than two hours, and demanded another payment at a much higher rate instead of trying to find a solution. We contacted Agoda, who confirmed the booking again, fully reimbursed us, and offered compensation for the trouble. That says enough about where the fault lay. I also saw reception staff mocking another guest and making remarks about her body as soon as she turned away. That’s unacceptable in any hotel. This was one of my most disappointing hotel experiences in Morocco. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
