The fish burger was the best I've had in a while, so the food is good. My hotel booking, though, was cancelled at the last minute because they said there had been a pricing error. I had based my stay in Marrakesh on that booking and would be in Tenerife now if I’d known they would cancel. I’d missed my flight and was weighing my options the night before, so this left me in a difficult spot. The receptionist didn’t help when a mototaxi driver tried to charge me 100 dirhams for a 16 dirhams ride. She took the driver’s side, so I called the police and the situation was resolved. They didn’t charge me for the Coca-Cola and tiramisu as an apology. Booking.com sorted things out, but apart from the restaurant, the hotel staff weren’t helpful.

Mohamed was an amazing, hilarious server at the restaurant. And Mohamad at the bar made the best drinks ever!

The receptionists were welcoming and very accommodating. They let us check in early, helped when we needed it, and the daily service went smoothly. The downside was construction next door, with loud drilling from 9:30 to 5:30 and just a one-hour break. It was hard to relax or focus in our family room on that side, even with the shutter down and window closed all day. I’d stay again once the work is finished.

The location is a real plus, with everything within walking distance, and I have no complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant, with a comfortable bed and pillows. There’s also a large shared area with a good kitchen, comfy chairs and sofas.

I celebrated my graduation on the hotel rooftop, and had a great time. The buffet had varied food at a good price for the quality, and the service was friendly and quick to respond. The rooftop itself is amazing, with a great view and a small pool lit with decorative lights.
