Riad Oriental Glory & Spa

Our room was simple, beautifully decorated in Moroccan style, and spotlessly clean. The courtyard pool was peaceful, and the rooftop terrace was a nice place to unwind. Staff were attentive and helpful, with great recommendations, and breakfast was varied and very good each morning. Tucked away in the Medina, the riad felt like a quiet retreat while still being close enough to walk to the main attractions. Highly recommended for a lovely stay in Marrakech. Thank you!

C’EST MAGNIFIQUE The hammam was so nice, and Fatima kept our room beautifully clean. Every morning we got a different kind of delicious Moroccan food for breakfast, and the upstairs sun terrace was lovely. It was such a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Everyone was kind and super friendly, with good recommendations for the city. The riad was right by the local markets, which was exciting, and whenever we got a taxi home late, someone was there to meet us.

The small rooms and an unpleasant smell from the shower drain during our stay made it hard to fully recommend the place. The riad itself is stunning and beautifully decorated, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They went out of their way to help with taxis and give local guidance, which we appreciated. But its tucked-away location in a dodgy part of the city made getting around uncomfortable at times. With the room size, maintenance issue, and location together, the stay fell short despite the charming property and fantastic staff.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the staff worked very hard to make us feel welcome and accommodate us. The head waiter, whom we saw each morning, was especially warm. There was very loud construction on the other side of our room’s wall, so we slept poorly on the first night. The team went above and beyond to sort it out for us, and we had an excellent experience overall.
