Palais Nouhass

We had an incredible stay at Palais Nouhass, with attentive, kind staff making the whole experience seamless and memorable. Mohammed, Oumaima, Souad, Mehdi, and Jaffar all went above and beyond to look after us. The rooms were exceptional and had all the facilities available. From arrival right through to departure, everything was handled with warmth, care, and professionalism, beyond what we expected. There is a hammam, spa, and hair salon, but you need to book those services ahead. Such an incredible place to stay. We'd absolutely return and highly recommend it.

The room had beautiful decor, and I loved the peaceful setting and atmosphere. This hotel really saved my trip, and I'd definitely like to return. There are a couple of things the service and kitchen team could improve: the coffee machine was out of water, and breakfast wasn't available before our early departure, so things felt a little unprepared. The staff seem keen to do well, though they come across as a bit inexperienced. Still, it was a lovely stay.

The Moroccan food and barbecue were full of flavor and looked great, and I really enjoyed my time at Palais Nouhass. It was calm and peaceful, a lovely place to relax in the Marrakech climate. The welcome was warm and professional, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. Our room was spotless, and the whole place felt super clean. I don't regret choosing this hotel and will surely come back again, Inshallah! 🌴✨

I work in tourism and have seen all kinds of places to stay, but Palais Nouhass really blew me away. I recognize genuine hospitality and good service, and they delivered both. The personal highlight was feeling, even as someone from Marrakech, like I'd escaped far from the city. The peaceful, spotless pool is surrounded by lush greenery, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We did wait a little, but everything is cooked on the spot, so it was completely worth it. Imam gave me a warm, heartfelt welcome, while Nourdine and the young woman on the service team were friendly and attentive, with anything I asked for brought out with a smile. I didn't get to try the spa, but I've heard good things and will check it out next time. The 9.4 rating on Booking.com is deserved, and I'd give it a personal 10/10. I'll recommend it to friends, colleagues, and especially customers. Thanks for an unforgettable visit, I'll be back!
