Ayoub looked after us so thoughtfully. He welcomed us late at night with Moroccan tea and pastries, and when I felt unwell one evening, he made ginger tea and even went to the pharmacy for antiacid pills. We felt very cared for. The riad-arranged transfer was just what we needed after a long day of travel. The room was lovely and spotless, with a comfortable bed, fresh water, and a bathtub that made it feel romantic and intimate. Breakfast was delicious, served in a storybook-like setting. The riad is very close to the city center, yet quiet and peaceful. Before we booked, Philip kindly answered our questions with clear, pleasant, and efficient communication, which gave us confidence. We wholeheartedly recommend this riad.

The team is what made the stay so memorable. They were professional, kind, always available, and shared useful recommendations that made the experience feel more authentic. Amal deserves a special thank you. The stay felt comfortable, magical, and deeply relaxing. From the start, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for, with a level of attention to detail that’s rare. The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. Our spotless room had thoughtful little touches, and breakfast was generous, varied, and excellent. Highly recommended!

Amal was caring and attentive and always available, and Ayoub helped us right away whenever we needed something. Riad Bouhalla is spacious, clean, and well equipped, with air conditioning and heating in every room, making it ideal for families or small groups. The location is great, less than five minutes from Jemaa el-Fna Square. Highly recommended!

The room and staff were great, breakfast was good, and we have no complaints. The location couldn’t be better. I went down a little early each morning to grab coffee and bring it back to our room. They arranged a private driver to meet us at the airport and take us to the edge of the Medina. A porter met us there, loaded our suitcases into a wheelbarrow, and walked us to the Ryad. That’s definitely the way to arrive. Trying to find the Ryad ourselves at first would’ve taken hours, haha. Once you know where it is, it’s easy to find.

The lovely staff took such good care of us, and the breakfast was a real delight. Philip’s riad was spectacular, with beautiful decor. We can’t wait to come back.
