The place was clean and nice, well located in the center near the main attractions, and good value. I was especially happy with the room and the workers. Ibrahim was always helpful and very polite, and the cleaning ladies were careful about what we needed and cleaned our room every day. Nice staff all around. We'll definitely come back. Thank you!

The location is right in the center, tucked into a side street, so it was quiet and comfortable. We were five girls visiting Marrakesh and had some worries after things we read online, but the hospitality here put us at ease. The owner was especially welcoming. Staff showed real interest in us, checked often that everything was okay, and even offered tea after a full day of sightseeing. Our rooms were cleaned daily, the whole RIAD was clean and smelled amazing, and breakfast was delicious and made with care. The owner's hospitality was indescribable, and we sincerely recommend this place. The best RIAD you can stay in!

The service was excellent, and the two cleaning ladies did an amazing job. The rooms were really clean and always smelled good, and the receptionists were kind. The location was the big comfort for me: right in the heart of downtown Medina, close to Jamaa el Fnaa, the souks, Bahia Palace, Badi Palace, and Koutubia Mosque. You can walk to the main sights anytime, and easily get a taxi from the nearest main road. Even when the markets were noisy and it was hottest outside, the hotel stayed cool and calm, a peaceful escape from the Medina. I could shop at the souk, drop things back at the hotel, rest from the sensory overload, pick up my kids' pram, then head to the next sights. It's affordable, down an alley, but really easy to find without a guide. They also offer rides to and from the airport so you can avoid scammers. The room itself was simple and comfortable for an affordable hotel, although the pillow and mattress weren't very soft. It had the basics: soap and shampoo refilled daily, air conditioning, hot water, tissues, and a TV that seemed to have no channels. That didn't bother me since I don't watch much TV. The big wardrobes fit all my shopping. Breakfast was simple but plentiful, with juice, coffee, tea, and milk, three kinds of bread and things like butter, cheese, jam, plus fruit salad every day. The staff would say hi and chat, which felt personal and warm. I really loved my experience here. Kudos to everyone!
