Riad Dreams

We had a very good two-night stay. The room was clean, the basic amenities were there, and the staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was yummy, and the hotel is near the well-known Safran by Koya restaurant. The only minor issue was the poor Wi-Fi.

Hussain and the team made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. They went above and beyond, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The atmosphere was clean and relaxed, breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the location is just a stone’s throw from all the action. Such a great first visit to Marrakesh.

Hussein, the manager, is amazing, and so are the rest of the staff. They sorted out everything, from my constant requests for boiling hot water for tea to bringing us a heater one night when we needed one. Our room was lovely and clean, with a huge jacuzzi bath, and the place is beautiful. It’s about five minutes from the main square. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

I’m concerned that the riad’s supervisor interferes with customer transport illegally, apparently to collect commissions from drivers. This puts customers at risk and harms the establishment’s reputation. I hope management steps in to protect guests and ensure the law is respected.
