The streets are strange and the place was hard to find, especially since there’s no sign with the hotel name. I’ll add a photo of the front door. Still, it was worth it. Hisham was really nice, explained everything clearly, and helped with anything I needed. It seemed newly finished, and the rooms were clean and had AC. This was the best hotel I had during my four days there.

The staff were nice, but the neighborhood felt unfriendly. People approach you as soon as you get out of the taxi.

Such a nice place, and the staff are super friendly. Thanks, Ismail!

We paid over 100€ a night for five days, and I really don’t think it was worth that price. We’d told them our plane would arrive at night and had paid in advance through booking, but nobody was there to meet us. The guy who let us in called someone, then “fixed” the room in literally two minutes. Given the state of the sheets, we seriously doubt he changed them after the previous guests. There was also a folded, half-wet towel on the bathroom floor, no shampoo, and a very dirty shower. The room was cold. There was a duvet on a shelf, but it was so dirty we didn’t use it. One room light and one bathroom light didn’t work, and we had to ask for the TV remote. Dust covered the shelf and the floor behind the bedside tables. The bed was made, but the sheets weren’t changed, on only two of our five days. The towels were changed on those same two days. Breakfast was just okay, and it depended on who made it. There were five different people in charge over five days, though almost all of them were very nice. The place itself is pretty, but the rooftop is covered with an awning in winter. It’s also tucked away, though we understand that’s normal in the medina. The pool being cold in winter is understandable too, but it needed cleaning. The seats around it had lots of stains. Guests arrive at all hours, and since you aren’t given a key, the doorbell wakes you up. It’s a bed and breakfast. I wouldn’t pay more than 30 or 40€.

After exploring Marrakech, it was lovely to come back to this peaceful, beautiful riad. It was well maintained and a great place to relax. Solayman was especially attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it.
