The host was cordial, and the room was clean during our two-night stay. The riad looks great after its recent renovation. They offer dinner, but there’s no kitchen on site; they bring takeaway from a nearby restaurant.

My brother and I stayed one night. The room was cheap, so that earns the two stars. The pool simply wasn’t there, which felt fake. We ordered food, waited an hour, and paid 8 euros for the smallest tagine I’ve ever seen in Morocco. The people we met were kind, but the service was disappointing. The shower only had hot water, so it was impossible to shower.

The location was very good, and the rooms were clean. There’s also a jacuzzi, which I can’t recommend enough. Hamza was such a welcoming, lovely host and took care of everything we needed, making the stay much better.

Amal and Youssef were the best hosts, always checking on us, sharing trip tips, and helping with whatever came up. They did everything they could to make the stay great. The Riad itself was amazing, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was good, we had everything we needed in the bedroom, and the rooftop was okay.

Being right in the middle of the Medina made it easy to walk to the souks, the city sights, rooftop cafés and restaurants, Madrasa Ben Youssef, and Koutoubia Mosque. The Riad itself was beautiful, especially the terrace where we spent most evenings. Hamza was an amazing host and was there whenever we needed help, taking care of everything. We’re very grateful and would love to come back for the whole experience. 😍
