Restaurants are nearby, and the riad is just outside the medina, close to one of its gates. It’s a beautiful place with a shared pool. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, though we didn’t use it, so I can’t say more about it.

The riad was a lovely, quiet place to come back to, even though it’s about a 15-minute walk to the busy souk and around 30 minutes to Jemaa el-Fna square. Taxis are usually available for a few euros at the entrance to the residence. Nearby there’s a square with snack bars for emergencies, though they aren’t the best in Marrakech, plus a pharmacy and a handy mini-market. The property is part of a complex of riads that share a pleasant outdoor area and a lovely, very clean pool. Tortoises and cats were enjoying the Moroccan sun there too. Inside, the riad was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated across four floors, with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, and two terraces. It stayed cool inside. There’s air conditioning and heating, which we didn’t need, along with internet and a smart TV with Netflix, Spotify, and more. There’s also a kitchen, but we ate out to enjoy Moroccan food. The beds were comfortable. Our host was very kind and helpful, and replied quickly to our check-in and check-out messages. Thanks so much for a great stay. We got to enjoy Marrakech in a lovely setting at good value, and we’ll be back!
