Nadia made our stay unforgettable with her kindness, patience, discretion, helpfulness, and excellent cooking. The decor is tasteful and beautiful, and they do everything to make you feel at home. The birthday touches for our friend were especially thoughtful. The owner was easy to reach and everything went as planned. We highly recommend it!

Nadia was such a kind, helpful presence throughout our stay, and an excellent cook too. She even took good care of our daughter's cuddly toys after she'd forgotten them at the beginning of the trip, then returned them at the end. That was a really thoughtful gesture. Alexandre was also incredibly helpful from the start, sharing information about the riad's amenities and nearby activities and services. We were 11 people, including children, and everyone felt at ease in this magnificent, comfortable riad in a great location. We had an unforgettable stay at Riad Bab El Fale in Marrakech, and highly recommend it for a comfortable, authentic visit. We'll definitely be back.

We were 12 people and felt right at home for all 6 days. Nadia was always pleasant and looked after us so well, making breakfast every morning and even a delicious couscous. The riad is about 15-20 minutes from Jemaa el-Fna square. We had a fantastic stay and would love to return. Thanks to Nadia and Alexandre. Karine Boyer

Nadia was very attentive to what we asked for. We had a lovely stay, with comfortable bedding and a superb patio. Everything was perfect.

There was no tea or biscuits, and no bottled water, even though the water wasn't drinkable. We only got a tiny bar of soap, with no shampoo or shower soap. Some of the lamps didn't work either. The Wi-Fi was out, and we had to insist before it worked, but only near the office entrance. The location felt far from everything and wasn't pretty at all. Nadia was nice, while Mr. Alexandre was rather straightforward. The welcome felt cold.
