The whole team was incredibly kind, and Hamza gave us some unique recommendations for Marrakesh. We loved relaxing on the rooftop, and the Riad and rooms are beautifully designed. Breakfast had the best selection of our whole trip. There are plenty of good restaurants and sights nearby, too. We arranged a very early airport drop-off through the Riad for 200dhs, and it all went smoothly. We had an amazing stay and will be back.
We were so grateful to Houssam at the front desk, who warmly helped us after our flight was diverted to Rabat and we arrived at the riad five hours late. The location is stunning, right in the medina, but easy to reach without a stressful or lengthy walk. Breakfast was incredible, both the setting and the food. We had the best possible stay at Riad Brummel Medina and can’t wait to return.
My mom and I felt cared for from the start. Houssam helped us find our way around and shared a guide and things to look forward to. The hosts kept checking in, and Ayoub was great about making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices and different pastries each day. The rooms are lovely and have everything you need. It felt like staying in a beautiful home with people who appreciated us. This riad was a dream, and we highly recommend it. We’ll definitely come back!
Houssam and the rest of the team really made our stay special. He went above and beyond, and we’ll definitely be back. Riad Brummel feels like a little oasis in the Marrakech medina, behind a white door tucked among narrow alleys. The house and rooms are beautifully and tastefully designed, and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. I’d also recommend the kitchen and its tajine, the best we had in Morocco.
Great location, central but calm, and I loved the light-filled, peaceful hangout spaces. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. My Fountain standard room was spacious and well designed, and perfect for me as a solo traveler, though it had no separate toilet area, so I’d avoid it as a couple. The Riad is good value, but don’t expect a four-star experience: the toilet was wonky and the shower wasn’t very clean. Staff were sweet and helpful, though could have been more attentive. They were very flexible about my arrival time. The rooftop is small compared with others in Marrakech, but cute and relaxing. The breakfast room is pretty and breakfast was nice, though the bread was fresh one day and not the next.
