The staff were exceptional, friendly, respectful, and ready to accommodate whatever we needed. Ali deserves a special mention, he was hardworking and polite, and a credit to his employer. Breakfast was included, and each day brought a lovely spread of fresh dishes. They even sang happy birthday to our friend and brought out a cake for her 60th. We had a very good Hamman and massage, and lunch on the rooftop terrace was superb. The place was clean, elegant, comfortable, and homely, and it’s close to the main square Jeema al fnar while staying peaceful inside. We all thought it was just perfect. I’d recommend staying here without hesitation, and we wouldn’t choose anywhere else if we came back to Marrakech. Thank you for such a memorable stay xxx

We had a great stay, and the staff were wonderful and attentive. Finding the place can be confusing if it’s your first time in Marrakech, and Google Maps is only okay. After passing the blue door on the left, Google Maps takes you to a “T” in the road. Turn right, then left about 10m later, and you’re there. I posted some photos to help people find it.

Breakfast was delicious, with a little variety from one day to the next, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We had a small problem with the shower, but after we mentioned it, it was fixed right away, which was exceptional service. The owner and staff were very friendly and always ready to help, with someone there 24/7. The riad is in a perfect spot in the Medina for exploring Marrakech on foot. It’s a bit hidden, but we always felt safe walking there. I highly recommend it and would book again without hesitation. It’s a great riad to stay at ☺️

Dinner here was probably the best meal we had in Morocco, and breakfast was great both mornings too. The place is lovely, with great service and a really convenient location. It’s just down a small alley off the main street, which felt safe to us. We were so happy staying here. Say hi to Stumplet, the adorable cat who lives outside in the alley!

We had good wifi, and Abdou, Karim, and the rest of the team looked after us really well. Just be aware that, despite what Maps shows, this is quite a way from the main strip in the Medina, which you may or may not prefer. We stayed in the Nahema room and wouldn’t recommend it: the bathroom, including the toilet, is divided from the dining area by a window only about body height.
