Karima and the rest of the staff made my birthday feel really special. They surprised me with a delicious cake, sang the birthday song, and decorated the bed with rose petals spelling “Happy Birthday.” It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, one I’ll remember. We spent three unforgettable days at Riad al Hara in Marrakech. The welcome and service made us feel at home right away, and our room was spotless, charming, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable mix of Moroccan tradition and modern ease. The riad was a lovely place to relax and celebrate, with genuinely warm hospitality. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for a birthday and would happily recommend it. We’ll be back!

Karima, the manager, was especially kind and attentive, with helpful suggestions and care throughout our stay. The whole team made us feel welcome, and the breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and traditionally Moroccan. Riad El Hara was a calm oasis, though the Medina was only a short, easy walk away. It made a fantastic base for exploring Marrakech, and we had a special visit thanks to the hospitality, food, and service. Thank you, Karima. We highly recommend staying here!

The rooftop had a fantastic view of the Atlas Mountains, and the architecture is beautiful. The staff were attentive and made the stay feel personal and luxurious. It’s a peaceful spot just steps from the lively Medina. 10/10, recommended!

Karima was so friendly and gave us excellent restaurant suggestions. She also arranged taxis at good prices and brought water, fruit, and coffee to the room each day. During our seven nights, the staff were extremely kind, and the large bedroom with a terrace was exceptionally clean. They cleaned daily and changed the towels and bed linen. The breakfast was delicious too. I recommend Riad el Hara for its cleanliness and quality service, as well as its convenient position between the old city, the medina, and the newer area.

During our trip around Maroc, El Hara was one of our favorite places to stay. It’s right by the Medina, but wonderfully quiet, and the service was warm and sweet.
