Breakfast was supposed to start at 8, but the staff member who handled everything had to set it up each morning, so we ended up waiting about 30 minutes. The room was tiny, we couldn’t even open our suitcase, and the place felt dirty throughout, including the dishes we used for breakfast. The sheets had lots of stains. We messaged the host several times and got no reply. When we found the staff member, he first tried to replace the sheets but couldn’t find clean ones. After lots of back-and-forth with the host on the phone, where we could hear her yelling, he moved us to another room. He was kind and tried to help, but the language barrier made it all harder. This was a horrible stay, like a house of horrors. Don’t book this riad.

Worth the price. I liked the food, the hot water and the comfortable, though stained, bed. The room smelled bad, but the manager was helpful. Overall, 73.3%.

Arthur and the woman serving breakfast were wonderful hosts. The riad is tucked down a quiet side street in Marrakesh Medina, very close to Jemaa el fna square. The rooms were a little small. Only one thing bothered me: when we asked for water at breakfast, they charged us 10dra for the bottle.

Breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. After we initially struggled to find the place, we had a really nice two-night stay with my partner. They welcomed us with mint tea and showed us to our room. It’s a quaint, traditionally decorated riad, calm inside despite the busy souks just around the corner. The location makes it easy to reach the medina, market stalls, and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!
