The food and spa were wonderful, and the riad is beautifully decorated. Its central location made exploring easy. The staff were so kind, especially Mohammed and Lahcen. Leonardo and his son Riccardo did everything they could to make us feel safe and at home. A stay I won't forget, truly heavenly. 11/10 ❤️

We had such a good time here, and I’d come back without hesitation. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff made us feel like family. The riad is tucked close to the souks, but it stays peaceful. Its mix of Moroccan charm and Italian design gives the place a character of its own.

Breakfast on the terrace was a lovely way to start the day, with great food and views. We also tried the massage and really enjoyed it. Treatments cost less than at most nearby spas, and there’s a hammam as well as a massage room. The riad has recently added five rooms in an extension next door. The staff made us feel at home. I’ve stayed in several Marrakesh riads, and Riad Jaaneman stands out for its unusual blend of traditional Moroccan architecture and modern Italian design. Leonardo has built up an impressive art collection here, which is a treat if you love art. We can’t wait to visit again.

The team made this stay feel like being at home. They even met us at the taxi drop-off, helped with our bags, and were welcoming and helpful throughout. The neighborhood felt very safe. It's a quieter corner of the Medina, though still within walking distance of everywhere. The riad is beautifully decorated, inside the rooms as well as around the courtyard, and looked at least as good as the website photos. The private hammam was spotless, and the shower had great pressure. I’d recommend it without hesitation.
