Riad Lkhlil

We had a nice stay, and the location worked well: close to the Medina's main attractions while still in a less touristy spot. The owners were very kind and always willing to help, and the included breakfast was really good and filling. The rooms are typical riad rooms, with everything needed for a three day stay. They could have been a little cleaner, though, speaking as picky Italians.

Mohammed made sure we got a taxi to the main square when we left, and carried our luggage again. He had also recommended places to see and even came to a drop-off point a few times when we weren't sure the taxi driver had change. Each morning there was a different, lovely home-cooked breakfast. Our first night was in a special room with fruit, pastries, wine, and water, but we moved to another nice room afterward since the first was just a gift for one night. We would have enjoyed that room more if we'd arrived on time and without the problems on the way. We flew into Marrakech on September 11th after flight delays, then our taxi driver dropped us about 20 minutes from the Riad. We spent an hour trying to find our way through the narrow streets at night with heavy luggage. We stopped opposite a restaurant and messaged the Riad for help, unsure where to go. Mohammed came with a friend to get us, greeted us with a warm smile and handshake, and kindly took our bags. The stay was amazing. The place had a hairdryer, pool, and air conditioning, and we could keep drinks in the fridge at no extra cost. Thank you, Mohammed!

The homemade breakfast was excellent, and the tea was delicious. We also loved the romantic terrace view across the park at sunset. This is a simple local home turned guesthouse, not a hotel, and it made for a cozy, clean, quiet place to spend the night inside the Medina in Marrakech. A five star choice for that. Thank you. 🙏🏻

Everyone at the riad was so kind and nice to us. My friends and I had a very good experience, the rooms were nice, and I think it's well worth staying here.
