The location is fantastic, and the rooms are beautiful and very clean. Rachid is a fantastic host.

I didn’t find the stay as exciting as the other Google reviewers seem to have. The shower head didn’t work properly, and breakfast felt short on protein, with watered-down orange juice and bread. Coming back to the riad was always very dark, as if they were trying to save electricity, and there was no receptionist at the front desk. It didn’t feel like a four-star hotel. Drivers can’t find the address on the map because it isn’t accessible by car. We had to walk through a maze with our suitcases to get there.

Everyone was so friendly and always ready to help, and the staff even printed our boarding passes since Marrakech airport doesn’t accept mobile passes. Breakfast was made individually for each guest when they sat down. Our holiday was wonderful, and we felt looked after the whole time. This is a lovely, authentic Moroccan riad with a perfect location, just three minutes from Jemaa el Fna square and surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. Everyone was always smiling and eager to help. I highly recommend it and hope to come back soon. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable, and wishing you lots of success and guests!

Rachid and everyone working there were so kind and welcoming, especially Saadia! The place was very clean and surprisingly quiet, even though Riad Maud is only about 100 m from the busy Jemaa el Fna square. We stayed four nights, and it felt more like being at someone’s home than a hotel, which was really nice. We’ll definitely come back and stay here again.
