We couldn’t get to Riad Medina d’Or because of an emergency. We tried several times and in different ways to reach the riad about getting a refund, but never got a response. We’re very disappointed and would have liked them to show more goodwill.

We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Riad’s interior is beautifully decorated, and it’s an easy walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and the city’s alleyways. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Riad in Marrakesh.

My family and I had a fabulous cooking class at Riad Medina D’or. They welcomed us so warmly, and the meal we made was a true Moroccan meal and delicious. Even my children ate every last bite! If you’re looking for an authentic experience during your visit, I’d highly recommend booking an afternoon with them. Their hospitality was five stars.

Our family had a blast learning to cook a Moroccan meal together. We have young kids, and the staff made the experience extra special for them, kindly working around their needs. My four year old ate the entire plate of cucumber, tomato, and green pepper salad because it was so good! We’d definitely do this experience again.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the location is good. Breakfast was good too. Everything else was great, though the bathroom could use some renovation.
