The massage was phenomenal, and the hammam was a nice surprise. I found breakfast a little simple and limited, though still enough to set you up for heading into town. For my partner’s birthday, I asked for a cake and they surprised us with one and a speaker. That made the trip really memorable. Service was impeccable, and the staff were happy to help with bargaining tips and advice on avoiding common scams. We still got caught by one despite trying to be careful, so that was partly our own fault. It took me genuinely hours to compare different Riad’s. Photos and reviews don’t make them easy to distinguish, and locations across the medina can vary a lot. This one was a great fit: close enough to walk to the Souks, but not so deep into the medina that you lose your way. What stood out most was the room size. The rooms were much bigger than at comparable Riad’s, which made the stay feel more enjoyable and luxurious.

We were welcomed warmly and had a clean, spacious room with tasteful decor. The location is away from the noisy main roads, yet it’s easy to get to Marrakech’s main attractions. Breakfast on the roof each morning offered a good range of choices. I also had an excellent massage, paid in cash separately from the accommodation bill. I’d highly recommend it and would stay at Riad Pavana again.

The staff made us feel so welcome, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. We loved the delicious breakfast, beautifully presented each morning. The location is hard to beat, steps from the sights, yet peaceful once you’re inside. In the busy heart of the Medina, it feels like a little bubble of calm. We absolutely loved our stay at this charming hotel and would highly recommend it.

The riad is beautiful, with stunning rooms and really comfortable beds. It’s easy to get around from here, but still very quiet. We loved staying here, especially the great breakfast. My partner also had one of the best massages she’s ever had.

The cleaning team did a phenomenal job, keeping everything spotless and well maintained during our stay. My mom and I found the location perfect, and it was helpful to be able to speak either English or French, depending on what we preferred. The staff were friendly, communicative, and welcoming from the start, and they were always happy to suggest places to see. Special thanks to the managers, especially Achraf and Ahmad, who went above and beyond and made the experience 100x better. We had a memorable, comfortable visit and highly recommend the riad.
