The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Youssef deserves special thanks for his constant smile and for making activities and transfers easy to arrange. Mohamed was kind as well. The riad is beautiful, with handcrafted tiles and intricate woodwork, and the charming rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, made with fresh, genuine local products. It’s in a great spot on the edge of the Medina, peaceful yet just a short walk from the city center. A nearby square makes it easy to find taxis and buses, and the local food vendors and small eateries give the area a lively, authentic feel. We can’t wait to come back!

The Medina can be hectic, so I really appreciated how peaceful the spot was while still being close to the main sights. What made Riad Palais Meryem stand out most was the staff, they were kind, attentive, and easy to reach for recommendations, bookings, or anything else that helped us enjoy our stay. It was fairly priced for the location and the services. We felt at home at the Riad, and the staff seemed to genuinely care about how our stay was going. They were attentive and very helpful, and there were excellent options for excursions too.

Mohammed was such a gentle host. The sheets were lovely and the bed comfortable, and I felt a bit like a princess. The riad is beautiful and clean, easy to find inside Marrakesh Medina and close to Bab Doukkala port.
