Riad Rim

The staff were the best part of our stay, always so friendly and ready to help. The riad is beautiful and sits amid the busy Medina. Outside is noisy and chaotic, but once you're inside, you can forget all that. Thank you for everything.

We spent three nights at Riad rim and wished we'd booked more. Rida, the owner, was so friendly and helpful that he feels like family now. He sorted out my husband's phone problems and made us a special dinner. The riad itself is stunning, and the staff made us feel at home. Ismail was incredible too, even coming by on his day off to show us around. This was our favourite place to stay in Morocco.

We really enjoyed our three nights here. It was a peaceful break from the busy Medina, with a lovely central courtyard and plunge pool, plus a beautiful rooftop terrace with a hot tub. Our room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and the air conditioning worked very well. Saif, Souhail, and the rest of the staff were accommodating and shared lots of useful information. They also hold couscous parties once a week, which we had great fun at, though it did run quite late. There was a bar too.

After a long trip, a hunt for a working ATM, and a walk through the maze of lanes, we opened the door and found a beautiful place. Hassin, the manager, welcomed us. He was lovely, full of useful local knowledge, and we had some laughs together. The rooms are clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and have what you need. There are four of them. The courtyard is where meals are served, and there’s a small indoor pool. You can book the hammam a day ahead, and massages are available too. Upstairs, the roof terrace has daybeds and a hot tub, probably best enjoyed in cooler weather. All the shared spaces, including the roof, were very clean. It was a joy to stay here, a calm little oasis in a hectic part of town. Thanks from Gav and Laura!
