Youssef helped us make the week feel truly magical. He was so friendly and polite, and always ready with advice. We stayed at Riad Sidi Ayoub for a week, and the beautiful riad felt like a dream. It’s the best place we could have chosen in Marrakech. We miss you, Youssef, and hope to be back soon! Francesca & Giulia from Sardinia, Italy

The owner made us feel welcome straight away, offering tea and pointing out places to visit on a map. He even walked us to a great restaurant on our first night. Our room was lovely and really clean, and the breakfast was very good. Everyone at the riad was so kind. We’d happily recommend it and would definitely come back :)

The narrow little lanes took me a while to get used to, but after a few trips I found my way around. The riad is right in the heart of Marrakech, so you really feel surrounded by local life. It’s beautiful, welcoming to kids, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were helpful, the food was exceptional, and I have no complaints.

Breakfast is served in the courtyard as the morning light comes through the citrus leaves. I also had two lovely evening meals by the fountain, among the rose trees, with birds occasionally flitting through the orange trees overhead. The courtyard is shaded by four gorgeous orange trees and gives the hotel an authentic feel. Hossein and Youssouf were wonderful, with a gentle sense of humour and lots of care. Massages and a therapeutic scrub with Argan oil can be arranged here. The souks and museums are just a short walk away. Treat yourself to a stay.

The food was delicious, and the riad was very clean. All the staff were helpful and accommodating, especially Youssef. A lovely place to stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone.
