Riad Signature Medina

We loved the mint tea here, easily the best I had in Marrakech, and they say it’s “made with heart”. The staff were wonderful and happy to help with anything. There’s a lovely roof terrace and comfortable places to relax, and the riad is a calm spot away from the busy streets around it. It also feels secure at night, since staff are always there. For our first riad stay, this was a great choice. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main square, souks, and public transport. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a pleasant stay, but the end was very unpleasant. Be careful about the exchange and city taxes. The amount they tried to charge us at the end was higher than the price, even though we had already paid the fees. We think they charged us twice, and the booking price didn’t match what they wanted us to pay. If you’ve paid the fees, make sure to take a screenshot. The workers were very nice, but some of us understood French and heard the management say that employees and people visiting had to do whatever they said.

The rooftop was great, and the riad was quiet, tucked away from the hassle and bustle but still easy to reach the souks. It’s right by a car park for drop-off and pick-up, just a minute’s walk away, and less than a 10-minute straight walk from the tour pick-up and drop-off point. The location is superb. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room was perfect, and breakfast was great too. 10/10, perfect stay. Highly recommend.

We had lovely breakfasts with fresh homemade pancakes, jams, and cakes, and the rooftop gave us a great view of the city. The riad is in the Medina, close to everything on foot, but set in a quiet spot where we could relax during or after busy days at the souk. The traditional Moroccan architecture is beautiful, and the rooms were nice and clean. What made the stay special was the hospitality. The people working here are some of the nicest we’ve met, even though we travel a lot. We shared Moroccan tea and good conversations with the staff every evening. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant. We’re looking forward to coming back and seeing you again!
