Inside, it was so quiet, even though the central location meant our alley was busier than I liked. The riad itself has a lovely feel, with charming little touches in the sink, doors, windows, chairs and lamps. The Moroccan lights made the evenings feel warm. Our bed was huge and comfortable, there was hot water, and the air conditioning kept us warm on the one night we needed it. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, served with such politeness. Simon was a wonderfully kind host, and all the staff were lovely too. Sisi the cat was ridiculously cute and friendly. We had a lovely time at Simon's and I can only recommend it.

We felt warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived at Riad Simón. The kindness and attentive, helpful service made the whole stay a pleasure. Highly recommended.

The rooftop and breakfast were nice, and the staff were very kind. It's right in the heart of the medina, but the riad is small, the rooms smell, and the place doesn't feel cheerful.

The young man was waiting outside in the cold for us at 2am, even though we were meant to land before 1 am. We arrived after 2am from the airport, and I never got his name. That was service beyond what we could have expected. The Riad was perfect too!

Sisi, Simon’s friendly cat, even followed us into our room. We also had a delicious breakfast there one morning, and found the clean, comfortable rooms a pleasure to come back to. The Riad has a lovely courtyard on the roof and a peaceful seating area downstairs. I stayed with my 14 year old daughter, and Simon made sure we felt looked after at every turn. He speaks several languages, including Spanish, French, Arabic and English, and really makes the place feel like home. We had a lovely stay and I highly recommend this riad.
