The location on the edge of the Medina was great, and the room was lovely. We spent time relaxing on the terrace, and every staff member was wonderful to deal with. They helped us get to and from the airport, arranged excursions, and we even had a hammam with the host. Breakfast was included and great every day, and we got a lovely keyring when we left. I stayed at Riad Rayan in November 2024, and booking it was genuinely one of my best experiences on booking.com. It felt like a really positive, authentic stay in Marrakech. I'd go straight back if I returned.

Room 6 is right above reception and faces a narrow, noisy street, so I'd avoid it. The place is clean and well located, but when I arrived the bathroom was flooded. I reported the leak to reception and they basically shrugged it off, so I ended up fixing it myself.

The staff were friendly, gave us great recommendations, and arranged excursions. With its charming atmosphere and lovely mosque views, Riad Rayan’s Guests made for an authentic stay in Marrakech. Highly recommended. Thank you!

We enjoyed our couple of nights there in general. The two men running the riad were very kind and always ready to help, and the rooftops have a nice city view.

Awful stay at Rayan's. The owner painted my occupied room twice with oil-based paint. The fumes were horrible and made me sick, so I switched hotels three days into my 14-day stay. The owner was inconsiderate. Three other guests also left their paid rooms because the fumes were overwhelming, and none were offered refunds.
