The staff were alright, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The room was ancient and far too cold, and the place itself is small and needs repairs. The bathroom overflowed during a ten-minute shower, leaving water all over what they called the room. I’d also paid for dinner in advance, only to learn drinks weren’t included and water cost extra. What a shame.

We were surprised by how much we got for the price, especially given how skeptical we’d been at first. The staff were friendly and keen to help, and our room was spacious, clean, and decent, with a TV, AC, and Wifi. The hotel has recently been renovated and blends a hotel with a riad. We especially liked the pool and terrace. It’s in a quiet spot in central Geliz, close to everything you need and just a few minutes’ walk from Jamea Lfna. Breakfast could use more variety and hot dishes, and the restaurant could be larger to fit more people. This was a two-night trip.

The location was nice, but the room was old and really dirty. Even the towels were so unpleasant I couldn’t bring myself to touch them. Terrible price for that room.

For the price, it was above average. The beds were clean, the service friendly, and breakfast was included, though nothing fancy. The location is nice, but the internet kept needing the router reset and wasn’t reliable. A few things didn’t work, including one of our bathroom lights.

It’s a quiet hotel, and the rooms have plenty of sockets and lights and are well equipped. There are lots of staff around. The cafe and restaurant are only open for a short time, but the location in Guilez is ideal, with plenty nearby. Seems especially suited to someone traveling alone.
