We booked La Claire Fontaine for five nights, then decided to stay for two more. We’ve been to many top hotels around the world, but haven’t had service like this. There are only three staff members, so you really get to know them. They were kind, caring, and attentive, and nothing felt like too much trouble. They also handled our unusual dietary needs without any fuss. The location is handy, inside the Medina, less than five minutes from the souks and about a 3-4 minute walk to the taxi pickup point. Reception sorted SIM cards for us at 100 dirhams each, which was a lifesaver when my phone didn’t work on arrival. You can hear the call to prayer around 5am, as you’d expect in the Medina, but we didn’t find it particularly disturbing and it’s not the hotel’s fault. The property was spotless, and the cleaning team worked hard all day. La Claire Fontaine exceeded every expectation. Thanks to the staff and owners for such an incredible stay. I’m honestly so happy to write this review.

The birthday cake chef Hisham baked was delicious, and it was a lovely touch. Ismail, Yunis, Suleiman, and chef Hisham, I hope I’ve got the names right, took great care of us from check-in onward. The property is gorgeous, the rooms are beautifully decorated, and room service was great. Breakfast was excellent too. La Claire Fontaine is in the heart of the city, but it’s very quiet and within walking distance of many tourist sights. I think we’ve found a gem in Marrakesh. Thanks to the staff for the wonderful memories, and keep up the great work.

We loved our three-night stay. The accommodation and service were such a high standard. When we arrived, there was a fire going in the sitting room, and we were warmly welcomed with water, mint tea, and delicious biscuits. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom toiletries were excellent. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful, especially the fresh coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Staff also arranged a local SIM card, booked restaurants for us, and gave us a map of the Medina. We were told, “This is your home now when you come back to Marrakech!” Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Chef Isham’s skill really comes through in the food, especially the Orange Chicken Tajine and the surprisingly flavorful Vegetable Couscous. Breakfast is served à la carte with themed options, and the quality and freshness make it easy to accommodate individual food requests. Cleanliness and hygiene were excellent throughout. Behind the riad’s facade is a real gem of a hotel. The team’s attentive service made us feel at home. Special thanks to Younes, Ismail, and Soulaimane. I’m a well-traveled guest, and I’d highly recommend it. It’ll be my second home on my next visit to Marrakech.

The breakfast was the best, and whenever we came back from being out, there was fresh juice waiting. They always welcomed us with a drink and made us feel at home. The service was superb, five stars. The riad is tucked inside the medina, about a 3-4 minute walk from the taxi drop-off. I’ll be back someday. Many thanks to every staff member, especially Yuneous, Ismail, and Sulaiman, for the hospitality.
