That beautiful courtyard gave the stay such a traditional Marakechan feel. Our room was spacious, the beds were good, and it had all the amenities I wanted. We were looked after from arrival right through checkout, especially by Khalid, who helped us and shared thoughtful insights about Moroccan and Berber traditions. The location and service were great too. Easily our best stay in Marakech.

After busy days in the medina, it was lovely to return to a calm, comfortable room. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated, and the fresh breakfast was served with care in a peaceful setting. Riad Ysalis is quiet but still close to Marrakech's main attractions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help with recommendations or arrangements. I felt at home from the moment I arrived, thanks to the warm welcome and the riad's elegant, authentic charm. I'd absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a bit of magic.

The riad itself is gorgeous, and the staff made sure we were cared for the whole time. Its location is just right. I’d make time for the hammam and massage too, both were completely worth it. This is going to stay among my favorite trips and memories for a long time.

I wouldn't recommend this place for women. We didn't feel safe walking around the streets near the Riad, and it didn't feel like a good area for wandering to the city center or elsewhere. Taxis wouldn't drop us at the entrance and always left us about 600m away. There are no nearby pharmacies or shops either, so you have to go farther to get anything.

We had to set off very early for our desert tour, and the staff kindly made breakfast for us ahead of time. Such thoughtful, caring service. Staying here was a wonderful experience, and we're very grateful.
