I came hoping to have a meal and a drink, but they wouldn't let me in. The security guard was extremely rude and unprofessional, which left a bad impression of a place that represents hospitality. I'll never go back or recommend it. There was no sign of hospitality or respect.

I brought a group to Hotel Azghor in Ouarzazate in January 2026, and the renovation left me amazingly surprised. It's a real gem, with charm, comfort and authenticity.

The hotel has been completely refurbished and feels brand new. The food, service and rooms are all top notch.

A clean, new hotel. I hope they keep it this way.

I like sending my boss to this hotel because I don't like him. The facilities look like they're from 1980, and you can see the age. It smells of cigarette smoke, the bathtub was stained and the towels were old. Hopefully the service is good enough to make the overall experience decent.
