The restaurant's harira was delicious, and the Moroccan wine was yummy. We stayed at Oz Palace while touring with DaysMorocco, and the hotel was beautiful and well appointed. Our room had everything we could want, with every detail thought through. The shower was wonderfully hot! It's in a lovely location near a wonderful antique and rug dealer. Ouarzazate is a great place to visit, and we'd stay here again if we come back.

The view over the oasis is breathtaking, and the service was welcoming and simply irreprochable. The SPA, breakfast room, and dinner room were superb. We hardly used the pool or bar, but both looked beautiful and clean. Our time in Ouarzazate was very pleasant, and staying at OZ Palace made it even more enjoyable. From the entrance, the architecture and attention to decorative details are amazing. I definitely recommend it and would return next time.

We came for a hamam treatment and were welcomed with warmth and care. The hotel has the feel of an ancient riad, with striking architecture, a beautiful garden, and lovely colors and lights. Afterwards, they invited us to stay in the garden and enjoy the views.

The rooms are beautiful, and there's a lovely garden with an unheated pool. It's on the edge of town. For such a nice hotel, the dinner menu was disappointing, with very limited choices that you had to pick at check-in. The food wasn't cooked that well either, and breakfast was disappointing too.

Every corner of this stunning old property feels full of detail, charm, and culture. Its Moroccan architecture is beautiful, with a graceful modern touch that blends heritage and comfort. The staff were genuinely warm and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Their hospitality gave the experience so much heart. A lovely mix of tradition and luxury, and truly unforgettable.
