Hotel Novotel Monte Carlo

The hotel is in a good location, with comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and lots of breakfast choices. Everyone was polite and friendly, especially my favorite, Cecil. Our car was over 2.1 m tall, and they kindly made an exception and let us park outside near the hotel.

Julian went above and beyond during our stay, helping us feel comfortable and giving useful advice about train routes and getting around locally. His kindness made a real difference to the trip. Everyone else was pleasant and professional too, from housekeeping and reception to the chefs, and they all seemed genuinely keen to make our visit enjoyable. Novotel Monte Carlo is modern and well maintained, with great facilities. Our family especially liked the big TV area and snooker table, and there were good dining options on site. The location made exploring easy, with all the main Monaco attractions within a comfortable walk. We recently stayed here as a family, and the experience was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Thank you, Julian and Novotel Monte Carlo, for making our visit so memorable. We'll definitely be back!

The rooms were comfortable, and the relaxed atmosphere and excellent service made the stay really enjoyable. The location worked perfectly too, with the city center and train station both nearby. Big thanks to Alessandro for welcoming us so warmly and being so professional and attentive to the little details.

We’ve stayed with the Novotel group in France and Austria before, so we were happy to choose it again for our family’s Monaco stop during a European vacation. This stay had the mix we value: reasonable, competitive prices, a handy location close to public transport, and consistently thoughtful service. The rooms were very clean, breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I’d gladly recommend Novotel hotels to other travelers.
