The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities, and the hotel itself felt cosy and fairly central. But the service was uneven. One receptionist was especially pleasant and helpful; the others were just okay. Breakfast had only six choices, and over my five-night stay I got tired of the limited menu. There’s no room service and no restaurant service throughout the day. After housekeeping didn’t replace the water bottle I’d used from the minibar, I had to call reception when I got back from meetings that evening. They could help, or fill a bottle for me downstairs at the restaurant, but it wasn’t very convenient.

The place felt cosy, spacious, and classy, with real attention to the details. Everything was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and the whole hotel smelled amazing. The food was delicious, too. My husband and I stayed for three days and were really impressed. The staff were attentive and polite from the warm welcome onward. They mentioned the hotel had just been rebranded, and you can feel that.

We really liked how peaceful the area was at night, even though the hotel is close to the city centre for shopping and sightseeing. We felt safe nearby, and the elevator was a welcome plus. The room was gorgeous, spacious, very clean, and had a modern, luxurious feel. Food was delicious and nicely presented, and the staff made us feel welcome. Art Hotel has recently been refurbished under new ownership, and it’s a stunning place to stay. We’ll come back, especially when the spa opens. Thanks for making our holiday so special.

The room stayed quiet at night, and the thick curtains kept out the morning light. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom felt fresh and modern. The hotel looks new after the renovation, with everything clean and stylish. Staff were friendly and helped us with a taxi and information about the city.

The curtains are nice and heavy, so sleeping in was easy :) The Wi-Fi was fast, the shower hot, and the staff polite and nice. The hotel has just reopened and looks really beautiful now. Everything smells new, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
