Klassik Hotel

The breakfast was nice and had plenty of halal choices, enough to leave you feeling full. The hotel is fairly close to everything in the centre, and the room was big enough. We did find a lot of cockroaches in it during our stay. It was okay, though, as that kind of thing can happen in hotels.

I left €119 in the upper pocket of my backpack in the room while I was out. After housekeeping came through that afternoon, the cash was missing. This has never happened to me before, and the hotel criticized me for reporting it, which really annoyed me. I only asked them to check whether the cleaner had seen anything while cleaning that day. The administration denied responsibility and told me to look over my own spending, adding that I shouldn't leave valuables in a safe place. Does that mean the hotel room isn't safe? Their later reply just said this had never happened before and never would again, and that they were unhappy about the incident. They didn't actually help with it.

This was our second business trip here. The hotel is close to downtown, and the rooms are roomy, warm, cozy, and very clean. The bed is really comfortable 😴, and breakfast has what you need to get the day started.

The place has a great feel, with quaint decor, courtyard dining, and two pools. We had a friendly welcome at reception and liked the balcony and terrace views. Laundry was quick and inexpensive. They ought to advertise the air conditioning.
