Apartments Rajsko Mjesto

The apartment was very cold during our winter stay. We were given just one blanket and asked for extra ones. We were told they’d be brought, but they never arrived. We had to cut our New Year holiday short because of the tragedy in Montenegro and the three days of mourning. Since it was an emergency, we asked for a refund, or at least for one night of our stay to be refunded. The host ignored the request. I was very disappointed with the hosts and the service. They were unfriendly and unkind, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. There were stains and hair all over it, which is completely unacceptable. The apartment was cold when we arrived, and although we asked for another blanket and were told one would be brought, it never came. The person who greeted us spoke only Russian, so communicating was clearly difficult. Because of the massacre in Cetinje on New Year's Eve, we decided to leave a night early. When we asked for at least a partial refund for leaving early, they passed us from one person to another and avoided both responsibility and giving us answers. I was very disappointed with the accommodation and the team running it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The hosts are really friendly, and shops and restaurants line the short walk to the beach. From up on the mountain the view over the whole city and the sea is amazing. The only catch is the uphill walk back from the beach, though that’s just how the terrain is around here.

The pictures tell you what to expect: the place was dirty and felt abandoned. We complained, but the person sent to clean left it almost exactly the same. A disgrace. The faucets and blinds were broken, and the balcony door didn't fit or close. The balcony and view in the photos also don't match what you actually get. I don't know how Airbnb allows this.
