The room was comfortable and clean, and they gave us a free upgrade. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, nothing like the hard brick beds you get in much of Asia. Breakfast and bicycles are free, and the staff are friendly and speak good English. We'd definitely stay again.

The staff were great and especially helpful. During a very busy time they found a hotel for the rest of my trip and booked boat tickets for me. The location is good, the room was clean, and the bed, mattress, and pillow were good too. You can rent a motorbike here, and they also lend bikes for free. I recommend this place.

I got to check in at 8:30 in the morning, even though the hotel was fully booked. They turned a room around in about ten minutes after the previous guest left, which was a huge help. The deluxe room was roomy, comfortable and clean, with an OK bathroom and Wi-Fi. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast had a great range of choices. They also lent out bicycles and arranged an all-day motorbike taxi for a good price. There are a few good places to eat just around the corner.

The staff were easily the friendliest and most attentive I've come across. Breakfast was great, with something different each day. They answered all our questions, and when we rented a scooter they filled the tank without charging us for the fuel. Our night bus wasn't until 6 after we checked out at noon, so we waited in the restaurant and had our own beer. They kept it cold in their fridge and kept topping up our glasses. Just awesome.
