I loved the pool, food, and service, and everyone was kind and smiling. But the room was far too expensive at 280k. The bedsheets hadn't been washed, and the shower didn't work properly: the cold water was out and the hot water was almost boiling. Breakfast could use more options, though I loved the eggs they made. Reception had an attitude, but was patient. They charge in USD, and asking 7000mmk to wash one T-shirt is a lot. Babe, we're in Burma. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room smelled bad and had too many mosquitoes. We only came in to pick up the bride, and the whole thing took about ten minutes with no fun activities. The room rate was 280K, but they charged another 300K for the four tables, making it much more expensive than the hotel fees. The final charge was higher than the room rate, and the hotel's explanation didn't make sense. I'm speechless. The service was really bad.

The service was very bad. I've never heard of a hotel keeping an NRC at reception. What do they do with foreign guests, keep their passports at the reception?

Breakfast was great, and my room was big, but the soundproofing was bad and the service mediocre. There was hot water for showers, though the power went off occasionally. Mosquitoes were everywhere, so a bed net would've been useful. There's not much nearby, just one restaurant serving a mix of foods, but it has good prices and portions.

We booked two nights, but were given only one, and nobody told us at check-in. We had to rush off to another hotel. Service has gone downhill since five years ago, when this was a very nice hotel. There were lots of mosquitoes, and the breakfast wasn't good compared with hotels in the same price range.
