The pool was decent, although it felt pretty cold in late December, and mosquitoes got into the average room. Reception gave me repellent when I asked. Staff were incredibly helpful throughout my two-night stay. Wi-Fi was unstable; for mobile data, U9 worked most reliably, though MPT and Atom were options too. Breakfast suited people who like traditional local food, and should be fine for foreign guests who aren't too fussy. I'd rate the stay 7/10.

As someone who stays here regularly, I hope the room upkeep catches up with the hotel's standards and prices. The service remains quick and friendly, which I appreciate. The windows need cleaning, curtains washing, and bathrooms a proper scrub to get rid of stains. I know hotels went through long closures, but now that you're reopening, please give maintenance more attention. Wishing you the best.

The garden and its atmosphere made this a lovely place to spend Christmas. The rooms were clean, spacious, cozy, and nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful. There was also a nice lobby seating area, plus a changing room and shower for anyone staying around after the noon checkout.

The staff were a real highlight, and the hotel feels much more luxurious than its three-star rating suggests. It's close enough to most of the Pagodas, and they rent e-bikes at competitive prices. I'd recommend staying here in Bagan.

We asked for an extremely early check-in, around 4am, and they were happy to arrange it. Very impressive. The rooms are comfortable and the service friendly. Breakfast was decent, though it could be better. Power cuts are regular in Bagan, as in much of Myanmar, and they affect the hotel. In summer, your room WILL get hot if the air-con goes out during an outage.
