The staff were friendly and helpful, but the manager, an old lady, wouldn’t take responsibility or help resolve things. A window broke in our room, and the hotel immediately blamed us even though the room didn’t seem properly maintained. We were charged for it, which felt completely unfair. After we paid, they said there were no rooms available, so we had to stay in the room with the broken window. Only after repeated complaints did they move us. It was unsafe and stressful, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of the safety risk and the poor management response. I wish I could give zero stars.

If you have free time to waste, go there. I waited at least an hour to get a room. Bad management.

There’s a good range of room types, and breakfast is included. The hotel’s design is interesting, and it has elevators. My room was tidy and fresh, and the price was fair for a short stay. The service was okay, and the staff were friendly. They’ll clean the room when asked, or you can set a schedule with them. WiFi worked well, though you get a new password each day and need to enter it again. Breakfast has interesting choices, from local food like mont-hin-gah to toast and butter or an American breakfast.
