Royal house hotel

The Irish Pub and Wangfu Chinese Restaurant both had really good food. I felt great at Royal House Hotel 1 branch, and came back. The service is really good and it's a beautiful place. I’ll return later, and I wish your colleagues success in their work. 🥰

The restaurant and bar were good, with tasty food and beer at reasonable prices. The servers were okay, though the men's toilets there don't lock because the locks are broken. Good luck if you need to use the toilet for a number 2. The room itself was nice, but hot water was only available from 9-11pm. We weren't told about this until after checking in, even though we'd booked two nights, and the booking had a no-refund policy. I've stayed in many hotels around the world and never encountered this. On vacation, people want to relax without planning around a hot-water schedule, and a hot shower in the morning or afternoon is nice when you have time. Checkout is at 12pm, so it also leaves you wondering how you're meant to shower if hot water only runs from 9-11pm. The TV was broken, with color distortions across the screen. Most of the staff were very rude and seemed not to care, and I work in a hotel in my own country, so I know poor service and standards when I see them. Breakfast coffee was cold, and there was no salt or pepper on the table.

Royal is a great beer. It's very close to my heart, and it would be really good if the city could improve its service.

There’s Chinese food on the 2nd floor, served in a clean setting, and it’s really good. The 1st floor has European and Mongolian dishes that are delicious too. Room service is very good, and the people are really friendly.
