The staff at the hotel were lovely, though those in the restaurant were a bit curt. Breakfast is extremely basic, and getting to the restaurant means walking through the casino. The location isn't great either. The room looks good and is well furnished, with a large size and a great view, but the basics let it down. The king bed mattress has seen much better days, the sheets were old and the rain shower didn't work. There also wasn't an adequate work area. Poor value for money when it comes to the things that matter.

A fabulous resort, with the loveliest staff.

The concierge team were amazing, and the room staff were too. We spent five nights at the Sands, and it was the best experience of my life. Alpha Zheng took the time to make us feel welcome. The managers would also take time out of their days to show us around, and the rooms were immaculate. Would recommend.

Mr. Gaspar Wong and his front desk colleagues were especially friendly and attentive, and I want to thank them for a remarkable stay. When I ran into trouble with my card, the staff were patient and quick to sort it out, turning a potentially stressful problem into an easy process. Mr. Gaspar Wong made me feel welcome from the start. He also personally made sure my luggage reached my room and was thoughtfully arranged. The team's professionalism and warm manner made the hospitality stand out. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Macau and experiencing this service again.

The front office officer Frank was friendly and helpful, and all the staff were excellent. They were very willing to assist even before I approached them. The room was nice and cozy with a good view, a very comfortable bed, and a small living area with a little dining table. The interior decor was classy. It would be perfect with more food and beverage outlets.
