The reception experience left a poor impression. Staff were rude and unhelpful about the outdated $500 deposit, which felt completely unnecessary. They also made us stand in specific places while waiting, even though there’s nowhere to sit in the lobby. We arrived only about 10 minutes before the official 3:00 PM check-in time, but weren’t allowed into the room until exactly 3:00. The reception service was very discourteous.

We were a family of four, and the room was spacious, neat, and very clean. Our family room had a bathtub as well as a separate shower, and room service was good. After day trips, we could unwind at the swimming pool. The reception and dining areas, especially the breakfast restaurant, have very attractive interiors. The disappointing part was that breakfast wasn’t free for children. We had to pay 220 HKD for the kids’ breakfast for one day. The spread was mostly Cantonese and Chinese dishes, with a few continental choices. Overall, it was a great stay and experience.

Getting around was so convenient, with a bus stop and taxi stand right outside, eateries and convenience stores nearby, and casinos within walking distance. Koi kei Bakery is close too, which made it easy to pick up goodies before checkout. The hotel is spacious and clean, and has great views from the small gym and swimming pool on Level 23. Highly recommended for families.

The rooms were pretty big, with large bathrooms, and the breakfast buffet was decent, nothing special but still good. Staff were kind and friendly. Check-in took a bit of time, and a few rooms could have been cleaned better, but we still had a very enjoyable stay.

It was a bit crowded when we visited, but the front desk and staff handled the rush well. The breakfast had plenty of options and a decent spread. The room and washroom were a great size, and the bathtub was huge. The location was amazing, with a taxi stand right outside.
