Getting around was easy, with the main bus interchange about a five minute walk away and buses convenient to use. Other casinos are within walking distance, though there isn’t one in the hotel. The bedroom and bedsheets were very clean, and daily housekeeping kept things that way. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was firm but still on the soft side. Reception staff were very kind. There are six lifts, plenty for the guests. They don’t provide travel-size shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel, but other amenities are complimentary. We also got three free drinks and a packet of potato chips each day. The towels had the crown logo and looked clean. I’d happily stay again.

Our group of six actually liked this hotel more than a five-star one on the strip, which says a lot. The location is great, and all the staff provided excellent service. The in-house casino is gone, but I think that may be a good thing since there’s no stale smoke smell. Even though the hotel is older, I think the rooms have been renovated recently because they look so new and clean.

We spent four nights here, with restaurants within walking distance and the main casinos nearby. Those casinos offer free buses to the Cotai Strip casinos and the Airport. The room was large, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with a big bathtub. Each day we received two soft drinks, a can of beer, and a small bag of potato chips, along with coffee and tea. The lobby has an unusual feature: 88 one KG gold bars, encased in the floor 20 years ago. At today’s gold prices, they’re worth ten times more.

New Yaohan mall is right next door, and there’s shopping, restaurants, and eateries all around. Reese Coffee is in the lobby, and Ruins of St Paul’s is within walking distance. The free shuttle buses for The Cotai Strip Hotels also have stops and pick-up points nearby. I loved the five-star feel, from the bell hop’s proactive service to housekeeping and the convenient location. Highly recommend staying here.

We received a fruit basket for each of our three rooms for my birthday, and the staff were really attentive. The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms, and it’s in a great spot close to shops and restaurants. The price is very reasonable too. I highly recommend it.
